GENERAL CONDITION
All rewinding are carried out to international specifications and tested in compliance with B.S. and E.S.I. standards.

All work carried out by S.E.W.L. are guaranteed for 30days (unless otherwise stated) and the decision on the cause of the failure will be final.

Service terms manual is a provisional guideline only, a full quotation can be obtained after inspection, dismantling and testing. If a machine is not covered by this manual, please contact the technical director.

Overhauling of Electric motor 40% of rewinding cost plus the cost  of any other repairs.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Winding with sectional copper including 3.3Kv – 11Kv will be inspected and quoted.
• All electronic and control equipments, Rectifiers, will be charged as per the cost of procurement.
• All work outside normal dismantling and reassembling will be charged at extra cost.
• All spare parts replaced will be charged as per the cost of procurement.

MECHANICAL WORK
Series of mechanical services are also available in our workshop fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines to handle precision jobs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• 75% of the total cost of repair to be deposited in advance and balance paid on completion, but before delivery.
• Where agreed upon, all credit customers are allowed 30days credit facility from the date of invoice to a maximum credit limit approved for the customer.
• Where materials are to be imported specifically for a customer, a full deposit for the materials should be paid before commencement of order.
• All payments should be made in bank cheques or bank drafts and should be made payable to SIMOLADE ELECTRICAL WORKS LIMITED.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• All jobs are to be accompanied with an LPO. Otherwise deposit of 75% of the repair cost would be required for work to commence and balance payable on completion but before delivery.
• Customers would be duly notified on completion of repairs, all jobs not collected within 3months from date of notification would be surcharged 10% per month for another 3months after which the item would be sold to recover all expenses incurred.
• Customers would be notified for jobs that cannot be completed and the reasons adduced. However, such jobs are to be collected within 3months.
• Customers are advised to use our facilities for repaired jobs or plant as the case may be. Repaired jobs damaged through mishandling of plants would not be accepted as returned jobs.
